Myphotoboss is committed to and respects your privacy.

Any personal information you give to Myphotoboss will only be used for purposes reasonably associated with transactions or other dealings between you and us. This may include processing orders, statistical analysis, surveys or communication with you (unless you have requested us not to do so).

Myphotoboss will not disclose any of your personal information to a third party (unless required by law) without your consent.

Myphotoboss will take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from misuse, loss or from unauthorized access, modification or disclosure. You may have access to your personal information on request.

Refund Policy

Myphotoboss hosting is non refundable, we offer a 14 day free trial, please make sure you are satisfied with the product prior to purchase

Terms of Service

Myphotoboss provides high quality World Wide Web page hosting, and as such we will endeavour to meet your needs in the best ways possible.

Myphotoboss will act with the highest integrity and try to avoid having to enforce the following Terms Of Service unless no reasonable solution can be agreed upon buy both parties. It is Myphotoboss's policy to first try and resolve any issues on a case by case basis with you, our client, by discussion and openness. These Terms Of Service are only in place to protect you and Myphotoboss from today's litigious society.

Myphotoboss reserves the right to suspend or cancel a customer's access to any or all services provided by Myphotoboss when Myphotoboss decides that the account has been inappropriately used or otherwise and no reasonable solution can be agreed upon buy both parties.

Server Use

    Myphotoboss does not allow any of the following content to be stored on its servers:
  1. Illegal Material - This includes copyrighted works, commercial audio, video, or music files, and any material in violation of any Federal, State or Local regulation.
  2. Adult Material - Includes all pornography, erotic images, or otherwise lewd or obscene content. The designation of "adult material" is left entirely to the discretion of Myphotoboss.
  3. Warez - Includes pirated software, ROMS, emulators, phreaking, hacking, password cracking. IP spoofing, etc., and encrypting of any of the above. Also includes any sites which provide "links to" or "how to" information about such material.
  4. Hate Sites - Including defamatory or discriminatory sites.
  5. Spamming - no "unsolicited e-mail" or 'SPAM' may be sent from any Myphotoboss server.That is, any electronic mail sent to a given list of address(es) for which the owner(s) have not given permission, express or otherwise, for the Customer's use in mass communication.

Indemnification

Customer agrees that it shall defend, indemnify, save and hold Myphotoboss harmless from any and all demands, liabilities, losses, costs and claims, including reasonable attorney's fees asserted against Myphotoboss, its agents, its customers, officers and employees, that may arise or result from any service provided or performed or agreed to be performed or any product sold by customer, its agents, employees or assigns. Customer agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Myphotoboss against liabilities arising out of; (1) any injury to person or property caused by any products sold or otherwise distributed in connection with any Myphotoboss server; (2) any material supplied by customer infringing or allegedly infringing on the proprietary rights of a third party; (3) copyright infringement and (4) any defective products sold to customer from any Myphotoboss server.

Myphotoboss will not be responsible for any damages your business may suffer. Myphotoboss makes no warranties of any kind, expressed or implied for services we provide. Myphotoboss disclaims any warranty or merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The includes loss of data resulting from delays, non deliveries, wrong delivery, and any and all service interruptions caused by Myphotoboss and its employees. Myphotoboss reserves the right to revise its policies at any time.
